spacious suite practical spaces

The junior suite lake view was spacious. The wash room had practical function spaces! They provided more than what we expected for a child. The bed was nice.

The reception staff were cold. I have NEVER experienced such an attitude like they don't care about giving their guests ANY cute hospitality. though the other staff were professional.

poor breakfast inexperienced staff

the gym was equipped well enough, i suppose.

The breakfast was a joke for the price. it cost 70 euros per person, and the only hot option was an omelet station. i asked for scrambled eggs with bacon and sausages, and it created utter chaos among the staff, who seemed completely inexperienced. the sausage never materialized. It was a bizarre, frustrating experience.
